I Purchased Something,and They Said Is No Longer On Services What Should I Do

I Purchase A Some Yoga Classes And When I Went To Use Them, They Told Me That They Discontinued Those Classes Long Time Ago, And They Called Groupon So Many Times, They Asked Them To Take It Down.... I Need To Know How Can I Get Refund, I Sent Several Emails To Groupon.support, And They Haven't Responded To Me.

Sorry about the previous answer. As you've probably learned, Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone support. Groupon has in my experience readily provided refunds; I'm speculating that Groupon is no longer sufficiently staffed for that prompt response, but I have no doubt you'll get the refund. If you feel you've waited long enough, you can escalate to corporate: use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/groupon/Corporate%20Office. (It may help to address your communication to Rich Williams, CEO.) As a last resort, you can file a complaint with Chicago's Business Affairs and Consumer Protection agency, at 312.744.6060.
