I Cannot Find The Chat Screen I Was On Aug 08/17. I Typed My Chat, Left My Phone

I left my phone number for someone to call me back. The site said I would get a call back within 1/2 hr. As soon as I finished typing & sent it. My phone rang instantly & it was Karen from Groupon.I cannot seem to find that page again ! I typed my questions on the actual Groupons page but I don't know if my comments went anywhere. Groupon since you cannot take calls anymore, you must make your HELP site more user friendly or you will lose customers!! I am a long time loyal customer. I have to tell you am very frustrated at the moment & would like someone from customer service to please call me ASAP. I thought I had this problem cleared up 2 days ago, apparently it is not!!

(You seem to be confusing us, an independent help site, with Groupon.) You're right; Groupon's phone number does not now let you talk to anyone. It is good, however, to direct you to other help, including chat help--so call that number (877-788-7858) and follow the instructions.
