Purchase Goods But Not Happy With Them - What Can I Do?
Bought 'Pandora' bracelet from groupon/jewellery 1st but i am not happy about its authenticity and want to return it

If the item is returnable you'll need to arrange that with Groupon. Phone Groupon at (877) 788-7858 in the U.S. or write them at [email protected]. In the UK, you can write them directly at [email protected] or No. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD; or phone them at +44(0)203 510 0410.
