I Do Not Understand The Meaning Of 'memory Runs At Dual Channel'

Dual channel simply refers to the number of data "pipelines" available to pass data from RAM to the CPU to reduce any bottlenecks that may exist. Bottlenecks can be created by many things including a slow hard disk.
Memory must be inserted in pairs into appropriate slots or it will only function in single channel mode.
A two lane freeway can handle twice as much traffic as a one lane freeway. Same principal here.
