My Gateway Nv54 32 Bit Won't Play Blue Ray Dvd Butits Suppose To

There shows to be two options for optical drives that that laptop comes with. one is an 4X Blu-ray Disc™/DVD SuperMulti double-layer combo drive and the other option is an 8X DVD-Super Multi double-layer drive(no bluray).
