Gps Will Not Calculate Route

A master reset is required, but you will lose all favourites and may have to reload maps.
Start with unit off and unplugged from power.
Touch and hold lower right corner of screen with an index finger.
Continue touching and holding lower right hand corner, then power ON.
Release the power button when device powers on.
You will see a message, "Do you really want to erase all user data?"
Remove your finger now, and touch "Yes" on screen.
Device will now reset.
Follow on screen prompts then place device in an area where it can aquire satallte signals.
Should now function.
