I get a No Map data available error if try to enter an address search for Point of interest. Also during driving the car seems to be going of the road. I reloaded the latest map - no success. I ensurred that the SE card is inserted correctly.

The "No Detailed Maps Found That Support Routing" or "No Map Data Available" message may appear on your device for the following reasons:
- The maps on the GPS device have been disabled
- The GPS device is missing its unlock code
- An unsuccessful map download attempt has written the mapping files incorrectly
- If a microSD / SD card is being used and is in an improper format1
To determine the cause of the message, touch and hold your finger on the screen until the message "No Detailed Maps Found That Support Routing" disappears.
- If you see a "Can't Unlock Maps" message following this error, remove any microSD / SD cards in the device and follow the instructions below for "Retrieving Your Unlock Codes" followed by the instructions for "Creating an Unlock File."2
- If you do not get the "Can't Unlock Maps" message then skip to the instructions for "Enabling Maps on the GPS Device."2
1When downloading information to a microSD / SD card, the card should be in FAT or FAT 32 format. For more details on formatting and instructions on how to format, please see the article How do I format a microSD/SD card?
2If you have a nuvi 55, 56, 65, 66, 2405, 2407, 2505, 2507, 2707, 3400, 3500, or 3507 series, zumo 350, zumo 390, zumo 590, Camper/RV 760, or dezl 760 device, please contact product support instead of proceeding to the indicated section of the article.
