Gpsmap50-500, The Unit Will Not Start Up At All( Sudden Problem)

The unit will not go further than to ;reading card: or just shoving the softvare version 3.80furthermore it will not shut of by the start/shut contact.All connections and memory card has been checked ,without any results!!This problem is new,as the unit worked quite well the day before!!

I recommend calling Garmin support at 1 (800) 800-1020 so they can walk you through some troubleshooting.
