Garmin Fishfinder 140 Transducer Into A 160c Replacement Cable

I need a wiring diagram to "hard wire" the 140 into the newer 160C Garmin replacement cable, since the transducer wire is "potted" into the transducer and doesn't have a connector like the 160C. Unfortunately, I will need to cut the new cable connector off. Are the color coded wires the same for both units, so I would only have to match each with a marine butt splice?
