Garmin Approach G5

Hello, I am receiving the message "can't unlock maps" when I turn on my Garmin. I enter Ok and go back to the Play Preview screen. When I select a Play, the message is no results found, Enter a new search and try again. There is no where to enter a new search. I seemed to have lost the maps. the Garmin does not find any maps, but there is no instructions on how to get them uploaded. I have no idea why this happened. This is the first time that I have had a problem. Can you provide some instructions on what I need to do to unlock maps? Regards Joanie
