Microwave Runs With Door Open

My microwave runs when the door is opened. The door sensing switch and/or the primary interlock switch are bad I would guess, based on reviewing the Service Data Sheet which came with the appliance. Can those parts be ordered? Do you think that's the issue?

sfiore,

Due to your microwave running with the door open, it sounds like it could be one of or all four parts listed. It could be the latch hook, the door latch, the door latch spring, or the primary interlock switch.

You should be able to purchase these parts directly from the manufacturer.

I do recommend having an Authorized Technician to diagnose and repair your microwave.

-Best Regards-
