The Child Control Lock

Child lock will not turn off. Held the stop/cancel for 3 seconds did not work. unplug the microwave and turn off breaker. Turn back on and tried stop/cancel button 3 min again still did not work. What do I do now?

If resetting your microwave did not successfully do the trick, it sound as your appliance is experiencing a communication problem with the control board or a potential wiring failure. In this regard, I would suggest contacting an Authorized Service Technician that will be able to assist you in the diagnosis of your microwave.
