Hello tokionproject – Try resetting the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes. If it proves to be ineffective then the unit may possibly be experiencing a communication error with the control board or a faulty door lock assembly. In this particular case, I strongly suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately.
