Unit Runs And Heats When The Door Is Closed.

No response from buttons to cancel or change settings. Light and turntable operate only if I push up on door.

Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire microwave runs and heats when the door is closed. It sounds like you could be experiencing a possible short within the control panel or an issue with your door sensor. I would suggest performing a reset and you can do that by disconnecting the power cord for ten minutes. If that does not help correct the issue I would recommend having a professional technician out to provide an accurate diagnosis and replacement of parts if necessary.
