The Microwave Buttons Eem To Be Locked. Thereis A Small Symbol That Appears To

There is a small symbol light up in the top left of the keypad. Nothing happens when I try to press any key. It appears to be locked. What do I do?

Try to hard reset the unit from the household circuit breaker for 4-5 minutes, then turn the unit back on. If this does not work, you are having difficulties with the control board of the unit. Typically in microwaves the units repairs can run quite close to the value of the unit itself, so weigh your options.
