Good Morning susanTCM, I am happy to assist you! Here are some simple tips to help replace the light bulb on your Frigidaire microwave, FMV157GC.
  • Disconnect power to your microwave oven at the circuit breaker panel or by unplugging it.
  • Remove the bulb cover mounting screws located at both light positions under your microwave.
  • Replace the bulb with 40 watt appliance bulb. Bulbs are available at most hardware stores or lighting centers.
  • Put bulb cover and mounting screws back in place.
  • Plug your microwave into the power supply or turn the power back on at the main circuit breaker.

I hope this information proves to be helpful. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to reconnect.
