My Microwave Is Making Loud Sound And No Longer Heating Food. Any Suggestions?

my microwave which I bought about 4 years ago suddenly started making loud grinding sound when I attempt to heat up food but it doesn't heat the food. Any suggestions?

You could be experiencing an issue with your control panel or magnetron within your Frigidaire microwave and that is why it is not heating food. I would recommend performing a reset on your appliance, which you can do that by unplugging or flipping the household circuit breaker for ten minutes. It may help with any miscommunications within your microwave.

If that does not help correct the problem I would suggest seeking assistance from a professional to come out to properly diagnosis and repair your microwave, to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. –OOS
