Is It Cost Effective To Repair The Magnatron To A Microwave Fgmv185kfb Appliance

Good Morning bjdineen,
I understand you need to repair your microwave by replacing the magnetron. In my research, I found the magnetron itself runs about $90 to replace. I am not sure exactly how much you paid for your microwave or if you plan to service the microwave yourself or hire a technician. If hiring a technician I would look into the cost of replacing the microwave so that you can compare to hiring a technician and purchasing the parts needed. I hope this information is helpful.
