It Works But Won't Heat.

Hey Trisharachel, thank you for your post!

I understand your microwave model FFCT1278LS is working but not heating. I would try a reset to your appliance, which would but cutting off power to the appliance or unplugging it for 30 seconds. Some additional possibilities could be a faulty control panel or a faulty magnetron. However, because it is a smaller appliance, repairs are often more costly than a replacement microwave. Is your microwave still in warranty? If so, you might want to reach out to the manufacture to determine the coverage and the procedures to any potential remedy in that regard.
