Frigidaire Ffct1278ls Convection Microwave Stops Working After Cooking For A Few

frigidaire ffct1278ls convection microwave stops working after cooking for a few minutes. Just bought this oven. Using the convection setting I let the oven pre-heat to 375. When the oven reaches the temp, I key in cook for 30 minutes. After about 5 minutes the oven goes completly dark ... like it has no power connected at all. I test the outlet and everything is fine. I unpug the ove for a about 10 minutes and that the over works fine again. Any thoughts on this? Thanks
