Washer Doesn't Work. Dryer Does

i have a stackable washer and dryer. both run off one 220 plug. dryer works. washer doesn't. any ideas?

Have a technician diagnose the control board in the washer, also the washer timer or door latch. All can make a unit not work, or work perfectly.
