first check the floor levellers, male sure they are not loose and bouncing.

Second make sure machine is level

Third, during the extraction process, is unit spinning left, hesitating and then rotating right., if this continues for ten minutes without the time decreasing, then the sensors are not reading the drum. Replace leveling sensor and board. If the unit is swapping directions but the drain pump continues to run (will be able to hear), then your pressure switch is defective or you have been using to much soap and have plugged the pressure tube.

Run an empty load on hot with 1 gallon of white vineager dispensed in detergent tray. May take several attempts to clear blockage
