I Have A 2012 Affinity Washer And It Takes The Softener With The Soap At The Sam

my 2012 Affinity washer text lopez and softener at the same time the second I pushed the button on if I wait for 3 or 4 minutes and add the softener after the soap washes out then the machine works fine and it's the softener at the right time.and I am putting the softener in the right place
