Trouble Receiving Email Notifications

I am having trouble receiving email notifications from my facebook account.I have reset my notifications and I have sent 3 messages to the help line from facebook with no resolution. I've also checked with my internet service provider and they are not blocking the facebook email traffic. Could you help me restore my notifications by email?
