Your question is not fully clear, but if you can't log in to Facebook, Facebook may have determined suspicious or deceptive activity that may violate Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms). Facebook may be making an improvement to the database your account is stored on. During this time, you won't be able to gain access to your account. In most instances, this maintenance will last only a few hours.
