I've Accidentally Deleted My Regulated Account While Making A Second Account

I accidentally deleted my account when making a second account , that I can't get in to now neither

If you have only deactivated the account, you can log in again to activate it. When deactivated, your profile will be unavailable to anyone. Some data might still be accessible to people who you have send messages.

But if it is deleted, there's no way of accessing back the account. The profile data from server is removed.

You also mentioned that old one was deleted. It'd be useful if you explain how it was deleted. Your email ID can only be used to create one account. You can create a personal and business account. In that case, the other account might be still available. Please do check that.
