Changing Email Address

I have had 2 email sddresses since Feb. 2011. The one I was currently using for facebook is discontinued and now I only have one. When I enter my email address which I receive emails from Facebook tells me that it is someone else's. I requested a change of password and I actually received the email with the other persons name from facebook. How do I make this change. IT IS MY EMAIL ACCOUNT NOT THERE'S. PLEASE HELP!!!

Unfortunately you have no choice but to work through Facebook's procedures. They do not offer phone support. They will only contact you via email and only after you've filled out their online forms.

Email addresses can in some cases be duplicated. Someone else may have mistyped their email when signing up for Facebook.

Facebook is really strict about account security. Only you can work with your account. The only way to proceed is by working through their help screens.
