My Ex Locked My Facebook Account. He Changed My Email Account And Password

He has changed my email account details and changed my passwords. I cant receive any pin codes due to this. This is the third account of mine that has been hacked and locked without my consent. Can i get all three accounts back? If not the most recent one.

Did you answer and security questions when you registered for your facebook account? If so I would try to contact FB and describe your issue, your ex may have keylogging spyware in your computer, that or you may need a more secure password. In any event though, it seems your only option is to contact facebook to retrieve your account(s) back.
