Someone Broke Into My Computer And Changed The Email Account And The ..

Someone Broke into my account and changed the email account and the password,Customer service can not understand me and require me to send them email from existing account ,I tried to write them already 4 times and it does not help!! How do I fix the problem and return control of the account?
