Chatbox Unable For New Account

istarted an account for 1 wk now and still the chatbox is unable,,,why is this and what can i do?

Make sure to check the email that you signed up with facebook. They sent you a verification email. Usually when you cant chat with a new account it means you just havent verified it yet.
