Starting A New Account For My Daughter

i am trying to start a new account on facebook for my daughter using my email this is the way i will let her have an account having problems with the email is associated with another account

You can't have 2 accounts with the same email address. If necessary, obtain a new email address from a free service like gmail or Yahoo.
