Two Months Ago I Deactivated An Old Account. I Made A New Account.

Two months ago i deactivated an old account. I made a new one. Now the old account is back active as well as my current one. I can no longer get into my new account and regardless of how many times i deactiveate the old one it keeps coming back up. I am also now friends with myself on my new account page. I want the old account permanently deactivated and the new account reset so I can get back into it. Have sent several messages and have no response. Do not know how to proceed.
