When Do I Get The Gems That I Earned When I Made A Purchase Through Facebook?

4 days ago I purchased something through Facebook. The site was ofering 190 Gems once my purchase was final. I made the purchase and also I got my confirmation number, but I haven't receved any gems yet. How do I receve the gems ans when?
