I Have A Stalker. I Need To Delete Old Fb Acct Now. I've Been Trying For Days!!

I have to delete old FB acct but don't remember password. Old phone number associated with acct no longer exists so I can't get password to delete it. I have a restraint order in progress against stalker. THIS ACCOUNT MUST BE TERMINATED NO
