Confirmation Code Being Sent To Old Phone Number.

Hello, I've been trying to log into my Facebook account but it keeps giving me this error, I've tried doing everything the Facebook Help Center has suggested but it is not working. When I click the forgot password button it forces me to log into my gmail account and change my password on Facebook. So, that soulution is not working for me either, it just takes me right back to the comfirmation page. I can not get into my account settings to change my phone number at all.
