Epson Wf 2650 Usb - Faxes Won't Print

Hi,When we receive faxes we can hear the phone ring, then the machine says fax received but they don't print out. When I try to reprint faxes it starts in February and prints backward in time.Can you please help me fix this?Thanks,Joni

For the "Faxes Won't Print" issue see this Epson page. I'm sorry but I don't know what you mean about reprinting faxes that don't print.
