No Print Form Windows Photo Viewer Ot Other Printing Progrsms

trying to print jpeg with the windows photo viewer and it starts to print than the paper stops about an inch in but the printer keeps on printing.. the paper will not feed past an inch. this seems to be happening using other printing programs as well. the printer will print docs with no trouble
