Epson Nx420 E-01 Error Code
Hello, I cannot get the E-01 error code to clear. I have tried powering on and off and unplugging the printer. The code keeps reappearing. Apparently, my daughter tried to remove two sheets of jambed paper and a piece must be stuck somewhere. Is there a way to maually advance the paper? There are no visible pieces of paper stuck in the mechanism.
