Not Spinnig

front loader washer not spinign making griding noise

Possibilities for your appliance to have a spin or draining issues would be:
*Overuse of detergent can result in oversudsing restricting the tub from turning properly that will not spin out
*Drain Hose Restricted
*Standpipe is higher than 96” from the floor
*Defective Timer
*Defective Drain Pump
*Possible “E21” Displayed > Drain hose is kinked or Household drain is clogged


Should these suggestions prove to be ineffective may I suggest contacting an Authorized Service Provider and the manufacturer for possibly limited warranty coverage.
