Electrolux Front Load Washer Soap Dispenser Wont Close

Good Afternoon Sarganimes,

I understand that the soap dispenser will not close on your Electrolux washer. It could possibly be that the latch has broken. I suggest taking out your dispenser drawer and looking on the underside of it towards the front. There should be a hook looking piece that is there to latch the drawer closed. If that is broken, I would call the manufacturer and order a new one. Hope this is helpful.
