Hello kalyansud, thank you for your post!

From the information you have provided your Electrolux dishwasher is not dispensing soap nor is the dispenser opening. I would suggest removing the dispenser and washing it out to assure there is no build-up of soap or cleaner causing the dispenser to remain closed.

Additionally, if the dispenser is blocked you may need to adjust the way the dishes are being stacked so the spray arms properly dispense water. You may need to clean the spray arms out to assure nothing is clogging or blocking the water. I hope this information is helpful to you. -OOS
