Dvd Player Won't Open.

It disk won't open when I press the button on the player nor when I press open on the remote. When I press the power button it sometimes flashes red/blue. What does that mean? It doesn't say anything about flashing in the manual.

The DVD tray has a small hole somewhere on the faceplate. Insert a small straightened paper clip into this hole and it will push the tray open far enough that you can manually pull out the tray the rest of the way. It will normally cycle properly after you close it again. I hope this helps you!
