Replacing Fuses Help

I have started replacing fuses due to a "no fuse" alert on my dashboard. Nothing seems to be working. My locks will not lock or unlock when pushing the door switch. They are also not working through my key fob. Another issue is my backlighting on the radio, air controllers and other buttons stay on even after I turn off the car and open the drivers side door. Not sure what I need to do next after working with the fuses. Any help would be great as I am not a fix it car girl. Thank you for any help you can give
