Hi, I would be happy to assist you with any questions you may have about your DISH service. If your DISH receiver is connected to the TV using an HDMI cable, then the TV will need to be set to an HDMI input in order for you to be able to view. It is the type on cable that connects the two, which determines which input or channel the video feed can be located on. Please email me if you have any additional questions or concerns, thank you!
