Hi there! My name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. Are you needing to program the remote to the TV or DISH receiver? I will list the steps needed to program your remote to your TV and receiver.

I have listed the steps below to assist with programming the remote to your TV. If you have any other questions, let me know at [email protected]!

Follow this link to obtain the code/s to program your TV: http://www.mydish.com/support/apps/remotecodes.aspx?WT.svl=leftnav

1.) Press and hold the clear TV button until all mode lights light up.
2.) Release and TV light will be blinking.
3.) Enter code and press #. The TV button should flash 3 times.
4.) Try functions (Volume, Power, etc..) and see if it is working.
5.) If no function, repeat steps 1-4 with another code.

To program your remote to your receiver, follow this steps:

1. Press the 'System Info' button on the front of the receiver.

2. Press and hold down the SAT button on the remote until all the lights are lit.

3. Enter any number 1-15 on the remote keypad.

4. Press the pound(#) button once.

5. Press the record button 3 times.
