Hi there Fehan! My name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. It is a pleasure to assist you today! Are you needing to program the remote to your Television so that it controls the volume and power of the TV itself or to the DISH receiver? If you need to program it to the receiver please follow the instructions below.

To address your remote to your receiver. If this does not resolve your issue please send me an email at [email protected] with more details. Thank you!

1. Press the menu button on the front of the receiver.

2. Press and hold down the SAT button on the remote until all the lights are lit.

3. Enter any number 1-15 on the remote keypad.

4. Press the pound(#) button once.

5. Press the record button 3 times.
