Hello Anonymous-105169, we will be happy to help you and apologize that you are having problems. We will need more information to help you. Is this TV1 or TV2. Has anything changed recently to cause problems. Here are some tips that may help. Please replace the batteries. Please make sure the SAT button is not lighting up at the top. If only 1 TV unplug the receiver for 10 seconds. If TV2 make sure the antenna at the TV1 location is pointed up and tight.
