Hi, I am sorry you are having a problem with this message. I will be happy to assist you to resolve the issue. On the front of the receiver, on the left hand side is a little door. Please open it by pressing lightly on the top of the front panel. There should be a card inside the door. Please press lightly and ensure the card is in all the way but do not force it.
