Yuma Az. We Don't Have Signal

we have been losing our signal all day we, tried to call tech support to no avail tell us when signal will be available

SD is working, just HD is out on whole country! Satellite 129 is out.

Dish has had a satellite go down and they don't know when they will get it back. No eta as of now!
