Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem logging on to your DISH online account. On the page to log into your account, there is an area to select for "Forgot Online ID" and "Forgot Password". Select the Forgot Online ID first and get your ID sent to you and then you can reset your password. If you are still having a problem, please email me directly and I will be happy to assist further.
